LEO. BRULPORT, merchant, Fayetteville, son of John F. and Frances (Bour- geois) Brulport, was born in France June 27, 1834. When nine months old, his parent* came to the United States, and settled in Clermont County, Ohio, where his father, a farmer, resided t«n years; he then came to this township and bought 138 acres of land on the East Fork of the Little Miami River, two and one-quarter miles north of Fayetteville. Mr. Brulport was married, in Fayettevillc, in 1861, to Mary, daughter of Morris and Sarah Andriot, a native of France, burn May 14, 1838. They have three daughters — Mary and Leon* (twins), and Matilda. In February, 1869, Mr. Brulport came to this village and opened a general store, where he keeps a choice stock of dry goods, groceries, queensware, ready-made clothing, hats and caps, boots

and shoes, hardware, millinery goods, etc.; carries a stock or about $4,000, and is doing a good flourishing business. The family are all members of the Catholic Church.
