Removed to Wisconsin, married there February 15, 1843.
Arrived Council Bluffs (Kanesville) 1850.
Took up a claim two miles north of Smithland in January 1851.
Later resident of Grundy Center, Grundy County, Iowa.
Daughter Mrs. L. T. Martin of Des Moines.
