Deputy under Probate Judges J. J. Walter and C. A. Stueve.
US Deputy Marshal.
Elected Probate Judge of Auglaize County in Fall 1909.
Died of apoplexy Dec 30, 1910.
Survived by wife and nine children (two sons, seven daughters).
