Wagon-maker.
Removed to southern Ohio before 1820, married in Marietta 1820, moved to Painesville (Lake Co.) 1825, then to Danbury Township (then Huron, now Ottawa County) Feb. 1829.
Built fifteen of the first stages that ran between Buffalo and Cleveland.
Died April 14, 1845.
Family numbered seven children.
